Dotty Bryn grew up in Wilmington, Mass. She is a graduate from the nursing program from Mass General School of Health Professionals in Boston and spent part of her nursing career in Surgical Nursing, Labor and Delivery and Hospice of Wake County. After the premature death of her mother from cancer, she became more interested in natural methods to prevent disease. Although Dotty has been owner of many other businesses, her passion has always been helping those she touched with better health through education. Dotty sold her businesses and began to use her background and years of studying to open her own healthcare business. Dotty opened her wellness center, Transformations For Health, located in North Raleigh in December of 2007 to educate people about the many health benefits of Infrared Sauna and dis-ease prevention.
It is still Dotty's belief that we only need to take small steps to make big changes in our health. Dotty has a special interest in Autism as her youngest grandson Jackson is Autistic. Dotty is one of the original 13 C&C members that began at the Percolator and is also a key member of the steering committee for Women Helping Women events recently held in the Triangle.
